Get the attention you deserve, treat yourself to a personalized resistance & flexibility training session.

During our 1st session we will discuss your personal needs and evaluate your bodys' strength, flexibility & range of motion through a series of assisted stretches.

We will then design a strength & flexibility program to target your needs as well as a self-stretching routine to complement your home practice or excercise regimen. 

Each session includes ten minutes of mashing at the beginning before we begin training. Mashing is a way of massaging all major muscle groups with your feet. This is done to release tension as well as to prepare the muscles to be worked on by making them more pliable. 


This will be a very soothing & relaxing experience! Most stretches/excercises are performed laying down while the trainer takes your muscles through their corresponding movement patterns: flexion/extension, abduction/adduction & external/internal rotation. The secret here is that by maintaining the muscle contracted throughout the movement, you will protect the muscle from overstretching or injury. Therefore, take the pain out of stretching!!
